The lakeside location was unbeatable and we were grateful for the complimentary access to boats and a private beach area. The spacious apartment had everything we needed and the friendly staff was always happy to help with any requests or questions we had. Plus, the included premium card was a great perk for exploring the surrounding area.
Although the decor was a bit outdated, it really didn't detract from our overall enjoyment of our stay. The only real negative was the lack of nearby dining options, but the fully equipped kitchen in our apartment meant that we didn't have to venture out every night.

We had a great time at our recent city break! the location was perfect, right next to a beautiful lake with plenty of swimming and recreation options. We loved being able to borrow boats and bicycles for free from the hotel. the apartment we stayed in was spacious and well-equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. Plus, the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

Spacious, well-equipped apartment. Cute and helpful manager. Games room for children. Convenient ski storage. Good value for money. Great service. Fresh bread delivery. Excellent English.

the location was perfect for peaceful walks and stunning views. the spacious apartment was well-equipped with a games room and ski storage room. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the complementary beach access and premium card to the cable car and local bus were a great advantage.
The decor and facilities were somewhat dated, but the staff was aware of this and planning renovations for the future.
